Acceptable use
PRIZM is for lawful business communications. Organizations may not use PRIZM to harass, impersonate, defraud, collect personal data by deceit, or send unsolicited bulk messages in violation of applicable law.
You may not attempt to access another organization's tenant, probe the service for weakness except under a written authorization from PRIZM, or reverse engineer the product to build a substitute from our non-public methods.
You may not load knowledge that you do not have the right to use, or instruct PRIZM to speak claims you know to be false. You may not use PRIZM to generate or distribute sexual content involving minors, or any content that is otherwise illegal.
We may suspend an organization that we reasonably believe is violating this policy, harming other customers, or exposing callers to risk. This draft will be replaced by a counsel-reviewed acceptable use policy before paid service begins.
