PRIZM AI (“PRIZM”) is a pre-launch technology company. We will process information that business customers provide about their organizations, their users, their contacts, and the communications those organizations choose to run through PRIZM — including telephone calls, digital card interactions, and business knowledge.

This draft describes our intended practice. It is not a final privacy notice. It is not legal advice. It will be reviewed by counsel before it governs a live service.

We collect what you send on this public website (name, email, company, interest, message) in order to reply. We do not sell that correspondence. We do not publish a tracking marketplace. If we use essential cookies to keep the site working, they are described on the Cookies page.

When product services open, each customer will be an isolated organization. Users, cards, lines, knowledge, leads, and call records belong to that organization. PRIZM staff will access tenant data only as needed to operate, secure, or support the service, or as the law requires.

Call audio, transcripts, contact records, and knowledge drafts are business data. We intend to retain them for as long as the organization remains a customer and as needed for security, dispute, and legal obligation — then delete or return them according to the service terms then in force.

SMS and mobile numbers

If you give PRIZM a mobile number, we collect it only with your consent — when you check the optional SMS box on Contact or Get Started, or when you ask us by voice or email to text you. We do not require a mobile number to use this site, request information, or join the waitlist.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies with the conversation — typically a few messages around a support or setup event, not a daily blast. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent is not shared, sold, or used for third-party or affiliate marketing. How the customer-care program works — who sends, who receives, how to opt in or out, and what the messages are for — is on the Messaging page.
