PRIZM AI (“PRIZM”) is a pre-launch technology company. We will process information that business customers provide about their organizations, their users, their contacts, and the communications those organizations choose to run through PRIZM — including telephone calls, digital identity / device interactions, and business knowledge.

We collect what you send on this public website (name, email, company, interest, message) in order to reply. We do not sell that correspondence. We do not publish a tracking marketplace. If we use essential cookies to keep the site working, they are described on the Cookies page.

When product services open, each customer will be an isolated organization. Users, devices, lines, knowledge, leads, and call records belong to that organization. PRIZM staff will access tenant data only as needed to operate, secure, or support the service, or as the law requires.

Call audio, transcripts, contact records, and knowledge drafts are business data. We intend to retain them for as long as the organization remains a customer and as needed for security, dispute, and legal obligation — then delete or return them according to the service terms then in force.

Phone numbers

If you give PRIZM a phone number on Contact, Demo, or Get Started, we use it to call you back about that request. If you also check the transactional SMS consent box, you agree to receive transactional and notification texts (OTPs, alerts, service updates) from PrizmAI on that number. Promotional SMS is not collected on this site.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
