Service terms

These service terms are a pre-launch draft. They will apply, once accepted, to paid or provisioned use of PRIZM Voice, PRIZM Connect, PRIZM Intelligence, and related services by a business customer (the “organization”).

PRIZM grants the organization a non-exclusive right to use the service for its internal business communications, subject to the plan then in force, these terms, and acceptable use. The organization does not acquire PRIZM's software, models, or brand.

The organization owns its content: call records it is entitled to, contact data it collects lawfully, and knowledge it uploads or approves. PRIZM may process that content solely to provide, secure, and improve the service for that organization, and to meet law. Models are not licensed to the organization as a deliverable.

Minutes, lines, cards, messages, and hardware are usage elements. They are not unlimited. Overage, setup, and hardware, when offered, will be stated in an order or in a published catalog. Enterprise arrangements are quoted. Implementation ranges are not published here.

PRIZM AI Customer Care Messaging is optional. Consent to texts is not a condition of using this site, requesting information, or using PRIZM services. Program details live on the Messaging page. PRIZM does not run third-party marketing texts and does not sell messaging consent.

PRIZM may suspend service for non-payment, for abuse, or to protect the platform. Either party may end a monthly subscription as the final terms will specify. Data return and deletion will follow a documented window after termination.

This draft does not set liability caps, indemnity, or governing law. Counsel will. Until an order is signed, this page is a description of intent, not an executable contract.
