Knowledge governance: suggestion is not publication

PRIZM may draft. People approve. Policy is never rewritten by the model acting alone.

Businesses want their systems to learn. They do not want their systems to quietly rewrite what the business is allowed to say.

PRIZM treats knowledge as a governed asset. A call transcript, a repeated question, or a gap in coverage can produce an AI suggestion. That suggestion is not live. It waits for a human in the organization to approve, edit, or reject it. Only then does it become published knowledge.

The sequence is deliberate: transcript → AI suggestion → human approval → published knowledge. There is no autonomous policy rewrite. There is no silent promotion of a draft into an answer that will be spoken in the company's name.

This is slower than an unbounded model. It is also how trust is kept. Customers, staff, and counsel can inspect what PRIZM is allowed to say. Operators can see what is pending. Chief can see where the business is being asked questions it has not yet answered.

Intelligence without governance is a risk. PRIZM is built so that learning remains an organizational act.
