Missed-call lead capture
The request still happened when nobody could pick up. PRIZM Voice can take the call, record what was asked, and turn it into a lead the team can follow. A tap can do the same.
A missed call is usually treated as a failure of staffing. Sometimes it is. More often it is a timing problem: the truck is out, the floor is full, the office is closed. The caller had a request. Voicemail is a weak way to keep it.
Missed-call lead capture means the business still gets a usable record: who called, what they asked, whether they should be followed. PRIZM Voice can answer from approved knowledge, qualify the request, and capture a lead even when no person is free. Where configured, it can transfer to a human instead of finishing the call.
The same idea applies to a tap. A PRIZM Connect identity can collect a contact exchange and a question through ASK PRIZM. Calls and taps should not write into different notebooks. They should land in the same leads layer.
This is not a promise that every caller becomes a customer. It is a promise that the request is not discarded because the ring happened at the wrong minute. Usage is metered. PRIZM does not offer unlimited AI minutes. The value is the record, not an infinite line.
